How to Request a Refund

  • Clearly mention your project details and reason for the refund request.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Project Confirmation & Payments

Before starting any project:

  • We provide a Project Estimate including scope of work, workflow, timeline, terms, and pricing.
  • You must confirm your agreement to the project terms via email.
  • After confirmation, we share a secure payment link for your preferred payment method.
  • Work begins only after payment confirmation.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is not permitted.

  • Your confirmation email will be used as official evidence that you agreed to the project terms and pricing.

  • If you are unhappy with the service or the project is incomplete, you are entitled to:

    • Free support for up to 1 year, or

    • A refund within the eligible period

  • Chargebacks are not allowed once a refund option or support resolution is offered.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Completed projects delivered as per the agreed scope

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or required inputs
