You are required to review the details and send a written confirmation via email stating that you agree to the project terms and conditions.
After receiving your confirmation, we will share a secure payment link for you to complete the payment using your preferred payment method.
Project work will begin only after payment is successfully received.
This process ensures transparency and mutual agreement before any charges are made.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment. Refund requests must be submitted via email.
Once a refund is issued, the project will be considered closed, and all rights to delivered or in-progress work will remain with us.
We strongly discourage initiating chargebacks without contacting us first.
If a chargeback or dispute is filed against a payment, we reserve the right to submit the email confirmation sent by you as evidence that you agreed to the project scope, pricing, and terms.
Filing a chargeback after confirming project terms and making payment is considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
You are not permitted to file a chargeback while a refund option is available or after receiving support or resolution from us.
If you are not satisfied with the service delivered or if the selected service is incomplete:
We offer up to 1 year of free support related to the opted service.
Support includes reasonable revisions, bug fixes, and assistance related to the original scope of work.
If you are still unhappy after support, you may request a refund (subject to the refund policy). However, filing a chargeback is not allowed in such cases.
All designs, code, and content created during the project remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and full payment, ownership rights will be transferred as agreed in the project terms.

Provide accurate information and required materials on time
Respond promptly to communications
Review and approve project milestones within reasonable timeframes
Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if these Terms & Conditions are violated, including misuse, abusive behavior, or fraudulent chargebacks.
